As an experienced coach, I have the unique ability to connect with clients and take them to a new level in their training. I currently work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My clients’ goals include fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain, cardiovascular improvement, injury recovery, and competition prep.
Since I have personally worked with hundreds of different individuals, you can bet that I have experience with the type of goals you have set for yourself. I use a mixture of real world results and researched scientific concepts to take you to the next level. My scientific background and degree in Biochemistry allow me to understand how the body functions in terms of energy production and metabolism. Knowing how the body works is a valuable tool in designing a program aimed at attaining your goals.
Your online experience will be tailored to you, and only you. I begin by learning about your past training experience, your current training schedule, your current nutrition plan, and many other aspects of your life. I will also have you ask any questions you might have about training or nutrition and educate you through my answers. From this information, I use my experience and knowledge to design a program that will bring you the results you are looking for!
Everyone has different goals, and I realize that everyone needs something that sparks their interest and makes them want to workout with the same passion I have for my own training. Motivation comes from results! Results come from a well executed plan!
