I’ve already discussed the basic training schedules for GST. Your personal schedule choice will be used when putting together your GST program. I’m now going to talk about the order of the four GST workouts, as they should be applied to all of the different schedules. No matter which schedule you’ve chosen, the order of your GST workouts will remain the same.

Workout Order: Lift, Press, Squat, Pull

Keep in mind that this rotation doesn’t have to start with Lifting on Day 1. The first workout of a macrocycle can be lift, press, squat, or pull training. Just remember that once you start the macrocycle, the rotation must follow the listed workout order.

I would like to note that it is important to place a recovery day between the pull and lift training workouts.
